Nat, Ned, & Nicky are the Next Generation of Ed, Edd, n Eddy. The story follows primarily Natalie, nicknamed "Nat" & Nicky around their ritzy beach town & suburban neighborhoods as they try to fit in & be average 12 & 13 year old kids. They don't try to scam their neighbors like their parents did, but they do joke around & prank people, with the occasional offering of fashion advice from local expert Nat. Nicky dreams of being Mr. Popular in his private school, so the duo focus on having parties & methods to gain popularity. Another common goal is the two 2nd cousins working on their dream career goals. Additionally, the pair frequently babysit Ned's cousins, Ed's children who are too young to hang out with them. No. None of the Kanker sisters are the mother.
Ned occasionally visits his Uncle Ed & joins Nat & Nicky on their adventures. He appears to know Hollywood much like how Eddy always knew which kid was the best to scam for the day & when they all got their allowances. What Ned does is offer that he has "methods" to get pretty much any trinket, set up celebrity meetups with friends, & similar coveted things you could ONLY get in Hollywood. Sometimes he comes through, others he falls flat on his face. Nat & Nicky praise his abilities left & right just as Eddy once treated Bro's knowledge as the Holy Grail. No one who knew them as kids believes that THIS boy is Jimmy & Sarah's child when they first hear of him.
The trio have a small group of rivals like how the Eds had to deal with the Kanker sisters, but they do not have any stalkers or admirers. Nicky has a small crush on a shy quiet girl in his private school's choir, but she either does not return his feelings & is too polite, or she is too oblivious to his flirting attempts. The story would mostly be about the kids' adventures in becoming teenagers, but also in how they interact with their families.
Finally, the trio sometimes visit their grandparents who still live in the cul de sac back in Peach Creek. They interact with the children of the cul de sac kids & the Kanker sisters when they are there, & the viewer of the story learns about what's happened to the original cul de sac kids, the Kanker sisters, & Eddy's Brother since the BPS movie in conversations & meeting these characters. They do not meet Bro btw, but he does come up in conversations on occasion.
